Hey there! I’m Samantha Patterson, the Founder of Atwell Talent. With over a decade of experience in sales, recruitment, and operations, I’ve seen firsthand the impact the right hire can have on a business. That’s why I started my agency, to help companies find the perfect fit and support professionals in finding their next big opportunity.
You will find me on the trails with my dog Cedar in Squamish, BC. I have a passion for type 2 fun - mountain biking, snowmobiling, trail running, and skiing. I believe in bringing that same sense of adventure and dedication to every recruitment project I take on.

Atwell Talent’s very own Branch Manager, takes her role seriously, whether it’s managing sticks on the trails or supervising snack breaks. Based in Squamish, BC, Cedar is the ultimate adventure sidekick, joining Samantha on mountain escapades and ensuring morale stays high. When she’s not exploring, you’ll find her lounging like a pro or keeping a watchful eye on operations (and squirrels). Cedar’s loyalty, energy, and endless tail wags make her an invaluable part of the team.
