FOUNDER

Hey there! I’m Samantha Patterson, Founder of Atwell Talent. With over a decade of experience in recruitment, hospitality, and operations, I’ve seen firsthand the impact the right hire can have on a business. Over the years, I’ve helped place hundreds of exceptional candidates with companies looking to grow strategically.

I started Atwell Talent to do things differently. Recruitment isn’t one-size-fits-all, and my goal is to create tailored hiring solutions that align with each company’s unique needs. Recruitment without the big-agency feel.

You will find me on the trails with my dog Cedar in Squamish, BC. I have a passion for type 2 fun - mountain biking, snowmobiling, trail running, and skiing.

Atwell Talent’s very own Branch Manager, takes her role seriously, whether it’s managing sticks on the trails or supervising snack breaks. Born in Lethbridge, now proudly calling Squamish home, Cedar is the ultimate adventure sidekick, joining Samantha on mountain escapades and ensuring morale stays high. When she’s not exploring, you’ll find her lounging like a pro or keeping a watchful eye on operations (and squirrels). Cedar’s loyalty, energy, and endless tail wags make her an invaluable part of the team.
