No! Atwell Talent is a national recruitment agency, and we work with clients across Canada to find the best talent for their teams.

Full-cycle recruitment means we handle every step of the hiring process—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, conducting references, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

We use a combination of industry-leading recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, along with our extensive network and proactive sourcing strategies to connect you with top talent.
5. How long does the recruitment process take?
Timelines vary depending on the seniority of the role and your timeline for interviewing. It could take anywhere from 2 weeks to a couple of months. We work efficiently to present qualified candidates as soon as possible.
6. What if the candidate doesn’t work out?
We stand by our placements and offer a guarantee period to ensure the right fit. If a hire doesn’t work out within that time, we’ll work with you to find a replacement.
7. Do you charge for your services?
We offer both exclusive and contingent recruitment services.
